Made myself an Spooky Month oc, meet the Milkman!🥛🐮

Don Melanio (or Mel for short) is a paraguayan milkman who one day arrived in the town and never left since that! His English is kinda broken and he acts kinda odd most of the time but he chill asf.

Don't ask him what he's doing selling milk late at night or he'll dump you up with incessant Cold War talk as if it were his own experience.

The 4-Leaf Clover is a reference to a national milk Brand we have here in Paraguay but it also tells something else about good ol' Mel... ;)
